Group Bookings:
90/60 Day Status:
90 and 60 days prior to the arrival date (if applicable) the Client will be contacted to confirm room numbers held.
30 Day Status:
The Client must provide the hotel with confirmed room numbers 30 days prior to arrival. Should confirmed numbers not be provided at this time the hotel reserves the right to release all space held.
Rooming Status:
A final rooming list including guest names, arrival and departure dates, meal requirements (if any) and billing instructions must be received no later than 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations (1):
10% shrinkage in rooms held is permissible from 30 days up to 7 days prior to arrival. The hotel reserves the right to charge for one night's accommodation per room cancelled above the 10% allowable shrinkage.
Cancellations (2):
If the client releases more than 20% of the total holdings as confirmed at 30 days, the hotel reserves the right to review the contracted accommodation rates.
No Shows:
If a guest fails to arrive on the date specified in the final rooming list the hotel will charge for the entire accommodation lost.

MASTER ACCOUNT IS PAYABLE IN FULL AT THE TIME OF
GROUP DEPARTURE UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE
BEEN MADE WITH THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT.

Failure to stay or cancel the booking by 6.00 pm will result in one nights’ accommodation being charged and any additional nights will be cancelled.
