Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre offers 17 purpose-built rooms, plus a theatre catering for meetings of up to 500 people with a total capacity of 1300.

Support rooms provide facilities for news media, committees, a convention office, hospitality suites, a registration desk, currency exchange bureau and limousine and shuttle service.

Exhibition rooms are designed with flexible floor areas linked to your conference.  Exhibitions may be staged adjacent to serviced dining precincts if required.

Banqueting suites cater for formal dinners, meetings, cocktail parties, banquets or fashion shows.

All conference rooms have telephone line access, wireless internet connection and air conditioning. The majority of rooms have natural light.
